Allison Lane, Director of Trusted AI, leads engineering work across AI security, model robustness evaluation, adversarial ML tooling, and AI-assisted security automation. Her two years with TrustThink has seen her engaged with turning AI security research into practical tools that support the development of secure AI systems.

Allison brings a unique mix of leadership and innovation, supporting her team–including participants in our internship program with a local high school–while engineering the frontier of trusted and effective AI.

Work Highlight

Led an all-girls high school internship program in developing BlueShark, an open-source AI security tool that leverages generative AI to make network analysis more accessible. The project was especially meaningful because it gave students the tools and practical experience to engage with emerging technology hands-on.
