TrustThink
Who We Are
We are a small, focused team that values technical depth, independent thinking, and
clear communication.
TrustThink works on complex, high-impact problems at the intersection of cybersecurity, trust, standards, and emerging technologies. Our work supports government agencies, research organizations, and technology partners as they design secure, trustworthy systems that matter.
Rather than chasing scale, we concentrate on doing thoughtful, rigorous work, and we look for people who approach problems the same way.
The Work We Do
At TrustThink, engineers and researchers work on problems such as:
- Designing trust-centric system architectures
- Applying cryptography, PKI, and key management in real-world systems
- Evaluating software-intensive and AI-enabled systems for assurance and resilience
- Developing and contributing to technical standards and frameworks
- Using modeling, simulation, and MBSE to explore complex system behavior
Much of our work is early-stage and exploratory, where asking the right questions matters as much as producing the right answers.

Who Thrives at TrustThink
People who do well at TrustThink tend to:
- Enjoy working on ambiguous, cross-disciplinary problems
- Care about how systems behave over time, not just how they perform today
- Value clarity, evidence, and defensible technical decisions
- Are comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Prefer depth and impact over volume and routine
We value engineers who are curious, thoughtful, and willing to dig into unfamiliar domains.
How We Work
TrustThink is collaborative, flexible, and trust-driven. We expect people to take ownership of their work, communicate openly, and approach problems with integrity and professionalism.
We support continuous learning and encourage team members to develop new skills, explore emerging technologies, and contribute to standards and broader technical communities where appropriate.
